{"id":22998,"date":"2020-08-11T11:32:48","date_gmt":"2020-08-11T10:32:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/envesrevenue.com\/?p=22998"},"modified":"2021-03-12T10:19:13","modified_gmt":"2021-03-12T09:19:13","slug":"nuestro-cliente-habitual-para-la-recuperacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/envesrevenue.com\/gl\/nuestro-cliente-habitual-para-la-recuperacion\/","title":{"rendered":"El cliente habitual para la recuperaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La etapa post covid nos deja una realidad diferente y es imprescindible la captaci\u00f3n de el cliente habitual para la recuperaci\u00f3n del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A estas alturas somos conscientes de los cambios que han acontecido: escasez de demanda (especialmente en destinos urbanos y del cliente internacional) y reducci\u00f3n del booking pace o anticipaci\u00f3n de reserva. A grandes rasgos son los dos hechos m\u00e1s caracter\u00edsticos por el lado de la demanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como coment\u00e1bamos en nuestro anterior post \u00ab<a aria-label=\"undefined (abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\" href=\"https:\/\/envesrevenue.com\/recuperar-la-confianza-del-cliente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Recuperar la confianza del cliente<\/a>\u00bb es imprescindible para volver a trabajar en unos niveles aceptables. Y es donde entra en juego nuestro historial, nuestra cartera de clientes y en definitiva la calidad de la informaci\u00f3n recogida en nuestro PMS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el PMS recogemos (o deber\u00edamos) todos los datos de hu\u00e9spedes que se han alojado anteriormente en nuestro alojamiento. Estos clientes ya conocen nuestras instalaciones, nuestra capacidad y nuestro buen hacer. Adem\u00e1s, ya se ha creado un v\u00ednculo y la relaci\u00f3n puede ser directa y cercana. Es decir, ya contamos con su confianza. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenemos en nuestro registro su contacto directo, sus gustos, sus preferencias y sus necesidades. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no explotar esta informaci\u00f3n (valios\u00edsima) para recuperar reservas? En la mayor\u00eda de los casos, a pesar del Covid-19, este cliente volver\u00e1 de vacaciones este verano por lo que ser\u00eda l\u00f3gico tratar de captarlo de nuevo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Realizar una campa\u00f1a dirigida a nuestra base de datos, ser\u00e1 laboriosa pero la forma m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mica y eficaz de llevar a cabo una acci\u00f3n de marketing. Podemos optar por utilizar el email o el tel\u00e9fono (whatsapp, SMS o llamada). La idea es proponer al cliente una promoci\u00f3n u oferta adaptada a sus caracter\u00edsticas y necesidades. Es decir, cubrir o superar sus expectativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras una crisis de estas caracter\u00edsticas, la imaginaci\u00f3n y la iniciativa ser\u00e1 imprescindible para recuperarnos.
