Gracias a \u00e9ste podremos conocer con cierta certeza la ocupaci\u00f3n futura. Se trata de una herramienta m\u00e1s para la toma de decisiones del <a href=\"https:\/\/envesrevenue.com\/revenue-management-en-alojamientos-pequenos-y-medianos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">revenue manager.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#13a533\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 beneficios tiene el forecast?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Como dec\u00edamos, vamos a tener una previsi\u00f3n de nuestro negocio basada en t\u00e9rminos objetivos por lo que podremos ver las carencias o picos en la demanda futura. En base al mismo, entre otras cosas, podremos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Conocer la <strong>desviaci\u00f3n <\/strong>frente a objetivo o presupuesto a medio &#8211; corto plazo. <\/li><li>Puesto que podemos preveer la demanda, localizaremos los <strong>momento cr\u00edtico <\/strong>en los que necesitaremos realizar alguna acci\u00f3n para orientarnos al objetivo preestablecido. <\/li><li>Gracias a esta informaci\u00f3n, podremos tomar decisiones sobre nuestra <strong>distribuci\u00f3n <\/strong>y retomar o renegociar nuestros contratos con canales de distribuci\u00f3n. <\/li><li>Ajustaremos nuestra<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/envesrevenue.com\/estrategia-precios-dinamica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">estrategia de precios din\u00e1mica<\/a> y restricciones<\/strong> para sacar el m\u00e1ximo rendimiento a nuestras habitaciones.<\/li><li>Podemos realizar una <strong>previsi\u00f3n de venta del resto de los departamentos<\/strong> de nuestro alojamiento que dependen directamente de la ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera (desayunos, spa&#8230;). Es decir, podremos <strong>incrementar nuestro goppar<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Control y previsi\u00f3n de gastos<\/strong> gracias a una mejor planificaci\u00f3n de necesidades financieras, econ\u00f3micas y humanas. <\/li><li>Establecer una<strong> pol\u00edtica de overbooking<\/strong> conociendo nuestro ratio de cancelaci\u00f3n. <\/li><li>Conocer la <strong>conversi\u00f3n de cada canal<\/strong> para decidir en cu\u00e1l deber\u00edamos focalizar nuestros esfuerzos. <\/li><li>Solicitar acciones a nuestro departamento de marketing y ventas seg\u00fan nuestras necesidades.<\/li><li>Facilita la toma de decisiones en la captaci\u00f3n, planificaci\u00f3n y cotizaci\u00f3n de <strong>grupos<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, pero no menos importante, estudiaremos el comportamiento de nuestro cliente.
