{"id":23065,"date":"2021-02-23T16:04:39","date_gmt":"2021-02-23T15:04:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/envesrevenue.com\/?p=23065"},"modified":"2021-03-12T10:19:13","modified_gmt":"2021-03-12T09:19:13","slug":"fidelizar-nuestro-cliente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/envesrevenue.com\/gl\/fidelizar-nuestro-cliente\/","title":{"rendered":"Fidelizar nuestro cliente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Poco antes del verano habl\u00e1bamos de la importancia del <a href=\"https:\/\/envesrevenue.com\/nuestro-cliente-habitual-para-la-recuperacion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cliente habitual para la recuperaci\u00f3n <\/a>y hoy veremos c\u00f3mo fidelizar nuestro cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de nada, comenzaremos aclarando qu\u00e9 entendemos por cliente habitual. Principalmente son esos hu\u00e9spedes que repiten su estancia en nuestro alojamiento. Estas personas est\u00e1n predispuestas a tener una grata experiencia porque ya nos conocen (instalaciones, ubicaci\u00f3n&#8230;). Adem\u00e1s, en estos tiempos, son especialmente importantes pues contamos con su <a href=\"https:\/\/envesrevenue.com\/recuperar-la-confianza-del-cliente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">confianza<\/a>, factor clave para la recuperaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante, una vez que el cliente ha venido varias veces, puede suceder que cambie de destino porque considera que la experiencia no le va a aportar nada nuevo. Sin embargo, podemos incidir en esta decisi\u00f3n con programas de incentivos para el cliente, es decir, fidelizando a nuestro cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que decidimos desarrollar esta estrategia, tendremos que tener imaginaci\u00f3n y conocer muy bien nuestro target (p\u00fablico objetivo) para que sea especialmente atractivo a ellos. A continuaci\u00f3n os daremos algunos consejos que pueden ser de ayuda para arrancar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Crea campa\u00f1as con otros negocios de la zona<\/strong>. Puedes ofrecer entradas a atracciones u otros servicios de la zona con un precio concertado con el proveedor. De esta manera, el cliente percibir\u00e1 que cada estancia es diferente y que puede confiar en ti. Utiliza tu PMS para repasar el historial de ese cliente y prepara actividades acorde a sus gustos.<\/li><li><strong>Haz upgrades gratuitos<\/strong>. Es habitual que las habitaciones de mayor categor\u00eda de nuestro alojamiento cueste m\u00e1s venderlas. Incluso en ocasiones hacemos overbooking de tipolog\u00eda. Pues bien, trata de hacer esos upgrades gratuitos a tus clientes habituales.<\/li><li><strong>Realiza un check in personalizado<\/strong>. No hay nada que valoremos m\u00e1s que el hecho de que se acuerden de nosotros. Alimenta tu PMS en cada estancia y aseg\u00farate de realizar un check in muy personal, evitando los momentos m\u00e1s tediosos (como la recogida de datos de contacto).<\/li><li><strong>Ten un detalle de bienvenida<\/strong>. \u00bfY si cuando el cliente entra en la habitaci\u00f3n encuentra una tarjeta personalizada y firmada por el responsable del alojamiento? Acomp\u00e1\u00f1ala de un detalle tipo fruta fresca, agua, dulces de la zona&#8230;.<\/li><li><strong>Ofrece descuentos especiales<\/strong>. Eres el alojamiento preferido por tu cliente pero \u00bfc\u00f3mo crees que se sentir\u00eda si le dieses un precio por encima del que puede encontrar en metabuscadores?<\/li><li><strong>Acu\u00e9rdate de su cumplea\u00f1os<\/strong>. Ten un detalle con esta persona en su cumplea\u00f1os. Gracias al PMS, podr\u00e1s por ejemplo una tarjeta de felicitaci\u00f3n al email o un sms trasladando tus mejores deseos. <\/li><li><strong>Inv\u00edtales a tus eventos<\/strong>. Antes de publicar una promo o un evento que vas a tener en tu alojamiento h\u00e1zselo saber a tus clientes habituales. Esa sensaci\u00f3n de exclusividad causar\u00e1 una grata sensaci\u00f3n en ello. <\/li><li><strong>Crea un sistema de puntos<\/strong>.
