Sabemos que la crisis pasar\u00e1 pero la forma de viajar cambiar\u00e1, al menos a corto-medio plazo. Es por ello que debemos ser creativos y tratar de ofrecer servicios novedosos que atraigan de nuevo al cliente post Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recientemente se han realizado varios estudios sobre propuestas de los propios clientes para esta nueva etapa. A continuaci\u00f3n os damos ideas para adaptarlas, si es viable, a vuestros establecimientos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#13a533\">Potencia el trato directo con el cliente<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p> El futuro hu\u00e9sped buscar\u00e1 experiencias nuevas y muy personales, por eso debemos potenciar el trato humano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Da su lugar a las <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/envesrevenue.com\/las-redes-sociales-en-alojamientos-turisticos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">redes sociales<\/a><\/strong>. Plantea una estrategia para tus redes sociales, un calendario de publicaciones con un fin estrat\u00e9gico. Como pista, os recomendamos que trat\u00e9is de emocionar, divertir y crear ilusiones de cara a la nueva oleada de reservas. Ten en cuenta que cada una es diferente y os recordamos los consejos que os d\u00e1bamos anteriormente para <a href=\"https:\/\/envesrevenue.com\/facebook-para-hoteleros\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Facebook<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/envesrevenue.com\/instagram-para-hoteleros\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instagram <\/a>y <a href=\"https:\/\/envesrevenue.com\/twitter-para-hoteleros\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Twitter<\/a>. <\/li><li>Resuelve las <strong>consultas con eficacia<\/strong>. El cliente plantear\u00e1 dudas nuevas a la hora de visitar tus instalaciones y entorno. Invol\u00facrate, cons\u00faltalo y proporciona respuestas acertadas. Ser\u00e1 imprescindible que el futuro hu\u00e9sped <a href=\"https:\/\/envesrevenue.com\/recuperar-la-confianza-del-cliente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">se vuelva a sentir seguro<\/a>. <\/li><li>Ofrece<strong> tus mejores condiciones en la venta directa<\/strong>, de nuevo para que el cliente se sienta seguro con su anfitri\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#13a533\">S\u00e9 creativo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Desconocemos la evoluci\u00f3n de la pandemia en esta segunda ola y las futuras decisiones a nivel auton\u00f3mico. Por ello te aconsejamos estudiar tu p\u00fablico objetivo y generar acciones para atraerlo a tus instalaciones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Si tu <strong>cliente <\/strong>es <strong>local <\/strong>y quieres incrementar tus <strong>ventas en bar y restauraci\u00f3n<\/strong>: incorpora actividades art\u00edsticas (microteatro, exposiciones&#8230;) o multidisciplinares (talleres, cursos&#8230;) para potenciar as\u00ed tus salones y generar ingresos en estos departamentos.<\/li><li>Si tu <strong>cliente <\/strong>es <strong>local <\/strong>y quieres <strong>vender alojamiento<\/strong>: Te recomendamos realizar actividades que conlleven pernoctaci\u00f3n. Busca agencias de turismo activo de tu zona u organiza en tus instalaciones escape rooms, beauty parties&#8230;<\/li><li>Si tu <strong>cliente <\/strong>es meramente <strong>ejecutivo<\/strong>: plantea tarifas de larga estancia, mejora tu conexi\u00f3n a internet en las habitaciones y zonas comunes, crea espacios de coworking,..<\/li><li>Si tu <strong>cliente <\/strong>es <strong>for\u00e1neo<\/strong>. Como adelant\u00e1bamos, va a hacer muchos meses que la mayor\u00eda de nosotros no habremos viajado, por lo que el cliente buscar\u00e1 una experiencia inmersiva. Es por ello que puedes potenciar la gastronom\u00eda local, mostrar los encantos de la zona en las paredes del alojamiento&#8230;<\/li><li>Si tu <strong>cliente <\/strong>viaja <strong>en pareja<\/strong>: Este tipo de cliente buscar\u00e1 descansar sin prescindir de las comodidades de su hogar.
